Solution Architect

Missions : 

•  Gather and challenge business requirements, engage with stakeholders, and translate functional needs into technical solutions.
• Design and formalize the Technical Architecture Document (DAT), justify the decisions made, and present them effectively.
• Define and maintain a consistent, robust architecture aligned with company standards and roadmap.
• Apply a generalist approach by working across a broad application and technology landscape.
• Ensure knowledge transfer to technical teams and support implementation.
• Proactively suggest improvements to tools, methodologies, and best practices.
• Contribute to architecture governance and guarantee the quality of deliverables.

Expected Skills : 

• Proficiency in integration and streaming environments: Kafka, Flink.
• Experience with management and documentation tools: Confluence, Jira, Lucid App (visualization & management).
• Strong knowledge of orchestration, APIs, ESB, and application flows.
• Good understanding of BPM and RPA environments.
• Ability to engage with business stakeholders, understand their needs, and propose tailored solutions.
• High level of autonomy in assigned topics, with a constructive mindset (open to feedback).
• Proactive attitude and strong initiative in improving processes and architecture.
